不安がどんどんふくらんでく。

昨日お花見に行ってきた。
フランス人の友人に誘われ。
彼はフランスが大嫌いでフランスに帰る事はないっていうくらい日本好き。

とにかく、日本のギャルがフランスを歩いていたら１０秒ともたないでレイプされるとか
そういう怖い発言。。。

とにかく地味な格好しててもレイプされたりするらしい、女性は
言い過ぎじゃないかと思うけど・・・

あとマルセイユはパリよりも治安悪いらしい・・・

ちなみに
マルセイユは治安が悪いのか？って質問に現地の人達が答えてくれた。

オペラはOKと思う！
ホテルに泊まるの？どこの？　えと少し危ないけど、いい線がある。
例えば１や１４線って大丈夫！夜でもｗ

とにかく気を付けば、大丈夫！心配しないで＾－＾

Effectively, Marseille may be dangerous but it depends a great deal on what part of the city you are talking about. There is a big difference between "la soude" and "rue Paradis."

So, I advice you to pay attention but this the case for most of the cities now. You will probably feel safer if you have not precious things on you and if you are accompagnated. Another problem is that there is few bus at night.

Otherwise, there is so much to learn from Marseille. Let's say that its great diversity is positive and negative at the same time.


2)no, your question is not stupid. It is made of what people, and specially politics try to make you (us) think. It's much more easy to drive scary people !
Sure, if you go to special area, at night, carrying an expensive bag at your arm, maybe it will be stolen. And it can also happen to your camera close to the station. As in a lot of big cities. But anyway, this is not "danger", we are just talking about stolen things now, right? Anyway, I live here since 9 years and nothing wrong happened to me. Only my car ha been opened to steel my radio. Doesn't it happen sometimes in Tokyo?

Don't be scared, nothing wrong will happen to you if you just think a little bit. You can take the bus, the metro, walk in the street, even at night. If you don't act like stupid, you won't be victimized. Be as usual when you travel. Trust in your feelings. Don't leave your bag without any care, stay in the center of the city if you don't know where you are... And ask your host or in your hostel. This is just a regular big city with an old bad reputation. Like the Bronx has. Have you been to the Bronx recently? I did, two years ago. And I was very surprised to see it's quite a regular area.
Things change more quickly than reputations !

4)marseile is not more dangerous than paris, rome or any big city
take care of the pickpockets like in any touristic area
My tip I use in every travel: if you feel lost, you should ask the people who work (don't hesitate to ask your road in a shop bar ou restaurant) but don't open your big map in the middle of the street you could attract non very well intentioned people
